Independent Steel was the erector and Cadniques Design was the purchaser and general contractor. This very unique structure was a breeze to erect, thanks to MBMI's expertise in design and engineering.

After some research into several companies, I purchased my 40'x60' building from MBMI. The biggest reason I chose MBMI is the strength of their buildings (wind resistance) and all the "extras" they offer over other companies.
Mitch and everyone I talked to made me feel like a friend, like I really mattered. I never felt uncomfortable calling him with any questions. Everything was delivered as promised from beginning to end. If I had a question, they were right there faxing detailed answers.
I put this building up with the help of another gentleman. At every stage of construction he kept commenting on how impressed he was with this building and what was included; from the quality of the fasteners to the trim work (that he did not get with his building). He is an older gentleman in the construction business and has seen a lot of metal buildings! He said he wishes he had known about MBMI when he bought his building.
Since completed I have gotten more compliments on this building and there are a few in my area. If there are cheaper buildings, don't be fooled. If you want lasting quality MBMI is the only way to go. After seeing how this building is put together, I feel it is the best decision I have made.
